English 4

English 4 is a great experience for me, the teacher is a great person and a great teacher which makes the dynamic and entertaining classes, I had the opportunity to meet new people. At the same time I learned and improved my English, although we have seen things that we knew and we practiced details ... so it four months English 4 has prepared me to my goal that is be an industrial engineer and a great Profesional. I still think I have many things to improve and learn. but this course was a great experience.

The Internet has also made access to information and communication far easier.for my advertising is the base of the internet, the websites are developed in relation to advertising, but the internet can be used for scams and illegal pages. The internet is a market which must be careful

Possesion to cell

I am selling my balance board, whats is a balance board? is a wooden board that  put on a cylinder, it is very interesting that develop your balance, so it is a great exercise to lose weight or strengthen the legs. My balance board has a good design, it is suitable for learning that is great. It is a very healthy hobby where you can learn new tricks and keep improving. the cylinder is in perfect condition, it is wooden with rubber .. also is very well maintained, has few scratches and sell it for a price of $ 40.
If you want to better your physical condition, and improve your balance that is adequate. Also if you want to doing surf or skateboarding the balance board is the perfect way to start learn.

My favorite story

My favorite story was when my family went to my cousin's wedding in USA, this story was a great experience that are about 25 people in my family on my dad's side, and all we travel to the wedding. At the same time the same day of the wedding was my 18 years birthday for that  had double reason to celebrate.
this trip was exciting because I had the chance to see my cousins and have a great holiday with them. Half of my family arrived on October 24 and the other 25 from the day we arrived quite enjoyed, they made a very lavish wedding, the groom's family is Jewish for that reason I learned a lot about their culture and met new people.
The Day before the wedding we had a welcome at the hotel, called Fontaineblue in miami beach. The welcome we met the other side of the family, had some drinks, and we gave an idea of what was to be the wedding. that same day in the morning we have a religious ceremony in a beautiful church in miami beach.
Came the day of the wedding and at the same time my birthday, from morning through a very special day with all my family but in another country, on the night we arrived at the hotel and began with a Jewish ceremony, it was interesting. after the ceremony he started the party, the place was amazing, everyone have a good time while I started to celebrate my birthday with "coronas" and whiskey at the end of the wedding celebrating halloween throughout miami and this hotel were doing a great party, we could see a lot of costumes. It was a great experience after that day I went with my parents and my brother to orlando to continue enjoying family.

Denim (Presentation)

The word ‘jeans’ comes from the French phrase ‘bleu de Genes’ meaning ‘the blue of Genoa’.  The denim fabric originated in Nimes, denim was the word adopted.

Denim was created by a necessity. The original fabric had a reddish color and it was created to make the soldiers tents to camp. It didn’t work because it wasn’t waterproof. Because they had a lot of yards of fabric they began doing pants. At the same time miners needed clothing that could be against water, wind, snow, etc. and denim was the perfect fit.

1800s denim enters in the commercial scene, from a partnership between  Levi Strauss and Jacob Davis, a duo from San Francisco who patented Denim for the workingman. Before long, denim became the standard uniform for Americans working in mines, on railroad tracks, on farms and on horseback. Levi was the jean of choice.

James Dean in “Rebel Without a Cause” and Marlon Brando in “The Wild One” popularized denim as a symbol of youth rebellion (denim was traditionally banned in hotels, restaurants and schools) and  Marilyn Monroe rocked them in “The Misfits,” women and girls followed her suit. Denim never leaves it only become better and adapts to fashion.

Person of my choice

On February 20, 1967 Kurt Poupon born in the town of Aberdeen, Washington. That child, which over the years became known as Kurt Cobain, dragged throughout his life his family problems that led to the separation of his parents when he was seven years old. Kurt Cobain died while still a young man, but despite many problems went on to become a worldwide musical idol.

Kurt was the create of Nirvana,Kurt Cobain took his first guitar at age 14, a gift for his uncle. From that moment the music became a constant in his life and was a tool useful for expressing partly his complicated personality.

On February 24, 1992 Kurt Cobain marries another American singer Courtney Love. It is the leading Hole (a group of single women) and is known for his character problemático.un troubled marriage where drugs and violence abound and which will be born his only daughter, Frances Bean...

He always had a troubled character, is a depressed person started to have problems with the band,

Personal problems of Kurt Cobain advance and singer attempted suicide twice, and is hospitalized for an overdose in 1993. On April 5, 1994 dies after being shot in the head while his body was not found until three days later . Just 27 years old and the official version is that he has committed suicide, although speculation about a possible murder.

It was always a friendly person, with a dark side.

My name is juan pablo vargas, i born in San Jose Costa Rica, since i was a little boy i love nature and biodiversity , and Costa Rica is a natural and green place. I have known many places in my 20 years old, so if you want to come here I´ve a lot of information and knowing about places that you can visit. The last two years I have been working in a tourist company. I´m gonna give you some technical and general information about the best beaches and volcanos in my country.

First i gonna start with my favorite caribbean place to visit.. Tortuguero National Park it´s one of the most varied parks . there are no roads leading to tortuguero and is most commonly accessed by boat from the Limon port. Tortuguero offers a variety of activities , an absolutely awesome expererience is to visit the nesting beaches at night and watch the turtles laying eggs. , at the same time tortuguero is one of the most important bredding grounds for the green sea turtle. Another atractive activity is to rent a canoe or a kayak and go exploring the canal where you´ll able to spot creatures such as the caimans, birds, and crocodiles.

If you want the hot weather and go surfing or stay at the beach and rent a lujurious hotel, tamarindo id for you. Tamarindo offers a wide-range of extensive service including sports fishing, scuba diving, Also tamarindo offers a lot of night life, Tamarindo has imbued elements of affluent foreign culture from North Americansand Europpeans, making an appealing combination of both worlds obviously incorporated the tico culture, Close to tamarindo there is playa Grande, surfin these ocean is ideal. The town hosts several international surf competition.

One of the most .important parks in the world for his biodiversity is the " Isla del Coco" located 550km of the pacific coast.The only island in the tropical eastem pacific with a tropical Rain Forest, tree hours away in boat from Puntarenas, also the isla del coco is a laboratory for the study of biological processes. The island has a lot of flora and fauna, one of the best places to knew species like sharks, Rays, tue, and dolphings. Since the year 2006 doing president election in the Isla, for all the researches and marines to spend all their time there.

What would i do to make Costa Rica better place to live?

Costa Rica is the best and most beautiful place in the world, I´m totaly proud to be "tico" but like the others countries we need changes to make it a better place. First I gonna start with the government, Don´t have army and have democracy in one of the most important thing here, however corruption seizes the leaders, C.R. needs real leaders, and new economic structure, to increase  job and opportunities for the people.

I thing educacion is the basis for development, We need to give a better educacion and improve the economic resources, C.R needs young people that work hard to reach a goal every day, people that are not afraid of their dreams. Another thing to imporve is the public service, The CCSS.is inefective, people have to wait for months and some times years for a medical appointment, 

There are many people unenployed and the goverment does nothing to improve this condition, and if you want to create your own company must have many requirements that stop the process. Another serious problem nowaday is the insecurity, everyday increase murders... Now its so dangerous ´walk on the street, we need a better security. The thieves continue doing the same thing, because they know the punishment is for one year and thats it. Also I really greatfull to live in this tropical country, with people " pura vida". 

My experience with english and my expectation of the course

My name is Juan Pablo Vargas i´m 20 years old. I have lived my entire life in Tibas but y born in Sabana. My expecience wiith english was good, I started learnig english in the schooll, I was in a bilingual institution. Sometimes learning english has been dificult for me, or maybe a little bit boring. in 2005 I change my schooll, and in the new institution the english we studied was poor and simple with the same boring grammar rules.
About my Experience, I had the chance to travel four times to the United states and practice my english conversation .However both was in miami and the major people know spanish. Have an excellent english level is very important now a day, for that reason one of my goals and expectation of this course is improve the quality of my english and have a good experience.
